Delivery Options

  1. Delivery takes place on weekdays (from Monday to Friday). Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days, depending on payment confirmation.
  2. Our delivery partner are PostNL and UPS, both locally and internationally.

    Track and trace code will be sent to your provided email address after the package is handed over to PostNL.

  3. Applicable delivery costs can be found during the checkout process when purchasing online and on the email confirmation.

  4. The product/products will be delivered to the shipping address provided in your order. A signature may be required to receive your item.

  5. If you haven’t received the products within the estimated delivery time specified in the shipping confirmation, please contact us via our website or email.

  6. In case of force majeure (e.g., strikes, extreme weather conditions), the Seller’s obligations under the Contract will be suspended during the force majeure period.

  7. Orders with PayPal payment will exclusively be delivered to the provided PayPal address without deviation

Changing Orders

Once your order is prepared for shipment or has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please contact customer service at info@tmeho.nl if you haven’t received your email with the tracking code.

Delivery Information

If your order is delivered to a business address, please note that our courier delivers to a mailroom or delivery point and will request a signature from the mailroom supervisor. Our courier does not require a signature specific to the order details.

If you provide a home address with a reception or concierge service, our courier will deliver the package to the concierge. The concierge may sign for the delivery as long as they have a fixed location at the reception or within the building.

Questions about Your Orders

Missed Deliveries: If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, the courier will leave a note.

Please contact customer service if your order has not been delivered after the specified delivery date in your shipping email. We will investigate this with the courier and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
