We offer used equipment based on visual inspection and detailed photography, not as technical experts.
What is your return policy?
Consumers (B2C): You have a legal 14-day cooling-off period to return items in original condition. Return shipping costs are for the buyer.
Defective/Non-Functional Items: Returns are accepted within 2 weeks if the item does not match the description.
Business Customers (B2B): Sales are final (“As Is”) upon carrier handover, unless the item is non-functional.
